Since retiring, I’ve taken a different path than most might expect. Instead of taking it easy, I’ve traveled for the past year doing house and pet sitting in Florida, North Carolina, and Colorado.

My house-sitting adventure began in Tampa, Florida, where I developed home management expertise. I am particularly attuned to the challenges of a tropical climate, and Tampa, Florida, is now my forever home.

After a 2.5-year wait, I am settled in a great apartment in South Tampa near the Bay.

Instead of traveling, I seek individuals who need overnight pet sitting, dog walking, or drop-ins in my area of Tampa.

Tampa has many people who provide these services, but most companies that offer pet sitters and dog walkers are expensive.
